We understand that, since there is no Pi Network mainnet contract, currently the only way to identify the official owner of the Pi Network is according to the social networking channels announced by Pi Netwok, including:

2- The blockchain browser on the website under the same domain is https://minepi.com/blockexplorer
In other words, the name Pi Network listed on the exchanges is just the name Pi Network.

Thus, Coin5x’s statement as soon as XT.COM and Huobi listed PI as fake PI is completely correct.

XT.COM and Huobi listed Pi Network Fake
The latest information about Pi Network listing exchange is announced by Pi News channel, updated at 06:00 12/26/2022 UTC:
Pi News Twitter channel does not have an official confirmation mark, so this may not be the official channel of Pi Network.
The official channel of Pi Network has not yet announced any XT listing PI event. However, according to Coin5x, the PI being traded on the XT exchange is a fake.
Previously, Coin5x also reported on the XT exchange listing Pi Network and Coin5x also warned users about the risk because Pi Network has not updated the Mainnet.
“Currently, the exchange has not announced the time of depositing and withdrawing PI tokens, so the amount of liquidity outside XT has not been determined temporarily, so it has not been determined whether the listed token is Pi Network or not short-term stable price of PI, if any.
Users should be cautious when trading when the owner of the Pi Network project has not spoken about the technology update plan (mainnet).”

As previously announced, XT.COM exchange has listed Pi Network (PI).
At 03:00 on December 29, 2022 UTC, the Pi Network (PI) cryptocurrency was listed by XT.COM for the PI/USDT spot trading pair.
Asking price: $0.05.
After the first second, the trade price can be placed to match at $2.17.
At the time of this writing, the PI price is $9.90 – ATH peak (highest price).
Currently, the exchange has not announced the time of depositing and withdrawing PI tokens, so the amount of liquidity outside XT has not been determined temporarily, so it has not been determined whether the listed token is Pi Network or not short-term stable price of PI, if any.
Users should be cautious when trading when the owner of the Pi Network project has not spoken about the technology update plan (mainnet).
